The name TAN didn’t just happen. It stands for more; it’s the acronym of Talent Acquisition Network and the last name of founders Irene and Jordi. A recruitment couple who, after having successful freelance careers, decided in 2022 to work together. Jordi brings in his expertise in finance recruitment and headhunting, whilst Irene has extensive experience within the tech startup- and scale-up scene. Together they are the driving force within their own network of TAs, recruiters and other partners.
